Repertoire

The EVSL is a classical choir. The works in its repertoire come from various periods of classical music (Classicism, Renaissance, Baroque, Contemporary) and may include both sacred and secular pieces. The EVSL also occasionally performs popular songs, folk music, traditional chants, or excerpts from film scores and musicals. Although the choir rehearses in French, the songs performed are in various languages: Latin, French, English, German, Spanish, Armenian, or others.

For its concerts, the choir prepares a cappella pieces, but primarily performs works accompanied by professional musician ensembles. Occasionally, the conductor assembles some or all of his choirs to perform major choral works.

In addition to the end-of-year concert typically held in May or June, the EVSL occasionally presents concerts at Christmas or during the year.
